The letter “f” isn’t working in the comments when it comes before an “i” or an “l” unless it’s typed in upper case. I spent ive minutes trying to igure out why I couldn’t spell the word “find” last night. What the uck?

Had to try this and find out if it is fixed… Looks like it is, at least from the laptop it seems to work fine 🙂

Ha! Thank you for writing this, I really thought I was going nuts. I cleaned the keyboard, restarted the computer, tried the F key on facebook, but all to no avail. Every time I got on WP, no “F” key! How bizarre.

I know! I thought my screen was screwed up until I realized the “i” was replacing the “f”! 🙄

“Found this on the web, let’s see what WP does with it, every word starts with the infamous letter…”

I hadn’t noticed the missing ‘f’ , but here’s a thought…the prompt word today… prestidigitation… I think WP or someone is working magic, with the missing ‘f” trick! 😉

I thought it was just me too, until I read some of the comments here where I’m typing (as opposed to the right of here, where it’s fine… have a look) and everyone else was missing their f’s too.

Oh dear, I type so wildly, put in the wrong word, misspell everything, I doubt if I’d even notice!, 😉 I used to get “jumpy comment box,” so I was sea-sick by the time I’d written the comment.
Good luck with inding those ucking fs!

My assignment for a writing course today was to use a thesaurus at least 15 times. No, I have not opened a thesaurus yet… I think WordPress is encouraging you to expand your vocabulary in the same way my instructor is encouraging me. Good luck.

Maybe we can fling this finicky problem over to the fine folks at WordPress for a full finding. Of course, you must be flabbergasted this flippant glitch is causing you to miss f’s in your fine comments.

I’ve had at least two comments missing fs so far that I’ve noticed today. It’s okay unless it’s followed by only those two letters, from what I can figure. See???

Depends where you’re typing. If you reply on the actual page, it works. But if you reply within the notification box, it doesn’t.
