What the uck, WordPress?

The letter “f” isn’t working in the comments when it comes before an “i” or an “l” unless it’s typed in upper case. I spent ive minutes trying to igure out why I couldn’t spell the word “find” last night. What the uck?

  2. Had to try this and find out if it is fixed… Looks like it is, at least from the laptop it seems to work fine 🙂

  3. Ha! Thank you for writing this, I really thought I was going nuts. I cleaned the keyboard, restarted the computer, tried the F key on facebook, but all to no avail. Every time I got on WP, no “F” key! How bizarre.

  5. “Found this on the web, let’s see what WP does with it, every word starts with the infamous letter…”

    Fear fabricates factious fragments,
futile for fulfilling faded fantasy’s forlorn figures.
Few find faith from forecful feelings..
    farewell forces fugitive faces-
    forging faulty formality,
    finesse fights failure for fame,
    fortifying forgotten promises.

  7. I hadn’t noticed the missing ‘f’ , but here’s a thought…the prompt word today… prestidigitation… I think WP or someone is working magic, with the missing ‘f” trick! 😉

  13. Oh dear, I type so wildly, put in the wrong word, misspell everything, I doubt if I’d even notice!, 😉 I used to get “jumpy comment box,” so I was sea-sick by the time I’d written the comment.
Good luck with inding those ucking fs!

  14. That happened to me too. I screwed around trying to make it work and ultimately went with 1st instead of first.

  15. Maybe we can fling this finicky problem over to the fine folks at WordPress for a full finding. Of course, you must be flabbergasted this flippant glitch is causing you to miss f’s in your fine comments.
