Walking around my neighbourhood, I’ve seen a curious trend; the combination of doors and cats. I’d like to share with you my findings to date.
Enjoy.

What a lovely neighborhood u live in… and the cats – meow – great theme – the first photo is my fav here – partly because of the jagged lighter colored bricks outlining the door trim – 😉

Obviously those cats are spies and should be caught and interrogated. 🤔👮🏽

Yeah. Just as long as they don’t rat out the peeping tom (tomette?) stalker with the camera. 😉

Of course! Cats have a tendency to find corners around the doors to curl up. Your neighborhood has some real gems 😀

Cats and doors do seem to go quote well together. I had one once that would faithfully wait for me to come hime in the same spot by the front door. Or maybe he just wanted to be fed. 😉 Nice shots too!

Thanks, Tricia. 🙂 Yeah, you can pretty much bet that where cats are concerned, their stomachs rule. 😛 🙂

There are a lot of cats here, too. One seems to have taken up residence on my front porch while I was away last week. Hung out for 5 days until I fed her. Then she ate and ran. But no interesting doors to speak of.

We don’t really have that many cats. These were taken over the space of three weeks. 😛 But after seeing two in a row, I figured I was on to something.
Cats are weird creatures, aren’t they?

Oh for sure! They haven’t really assimilated to living with humans… And yet they’ve somehow convinced humans they are domestic pets, whether they are indoor, outdoor or some combination thereof.

Two themes in one – fun stuff Linda.
The one waiting to be let in reminds me of the old Robin Williams line, imitating a cat “Meow! Open the damn door or I’ll f*ck up your screen!”
