Happy Canada Day! Hope you are ready to sponsor some of us should things get uglier. Weird how it is called Canada Day there and 4th of July here. Okay it is Independence Day but one is thinking that isn’t a truth much any more. That slide show was beautiful!

Sure, I have a spare bedroom. Haha!
It was lovely, wasn’t it? I particularly liked the ice breaking. I’ve actually done that. It’s surprisingly strong, even without the window to support it.

That looked painful! But then it was only two winters ago that my hubby broke his shoulder on the ice in the driveway. Yay! spare bedroom! 😀

Nah, it wouldn’t have been painful. The ice from created by freezing rain is like icing sugar. Strong, but delicate. And deadly if it’s on the ground!

I have never been to Canada, but it is on my bucket list. I went grocery shopping today and I wished 3 different people a Happy Canada Day and they all looked at me like I am strange, but actually I am.

You wouldn’t have seemed near as strange in one of our grocery stores today … if they were open, that is. I’ll have to try wishing people a Happy 4th of July on Wednesday if I go out. Will report back. 😀

Thinking about emigrating to Canada if the Dems can’t retake Congress in November. I just wish it wasn’t so damn cold up there.

What I like about San Francisco is that it never gets too hot or too cold. But Donald Trump!🤯
