Is it bad that I have no idea what I’ve been doing for the last year? Yeah, probably.
I know I’ve been working a lot. Writing a bit, and spending far too much time sitting. My FitBit is threatening to leave home without me.
On a positive note, I did give away a stunning 25,000 copies of The Magician’s Curse. That number still astounds me.
And my kids are all still here with me, which is something I am grateful for every minute of the day.
I think I’ve already mentioned that I’d like to publish at least three books in 2019, and I hope to learn how to effectively sell them. I want to get off my butt and get more exercise … catch up to my FitBit before it finds a more active wrist to attach itself to.
And I’d like to hang on to my kids. Even if they decide to move out, I’ll be happy as long as they’re still in the world with me.

Is it bad to have no idea what you’ve done … ever? Lol. That’s me to a T.
25,000 copies that is mighty impressive. Congrats!!!
As for hanging on to kids, I couldn’t agree more. “As long as they’re still in the world with me” – Wait! what’s that? My eyes may be leaking.

Sounds like 2018 was a pretty positive year. It ended kinda hard but all is well. I just got to figure out how to get my book reviewed to see if it s worth seeking a publisher. That is my goal for Jan. Have a great year.

Very impressive! I agree with you about the kids. I’ve been fortunate in that even when mine are out of the house for whatever reason they always at least check in with me regularly. Best of luck in 2019 to you. Thanks again for coordinating #JusJoJan even in the middle of your busy life!

If you can remember yesterday after a loved one has been in the hospital you’ve got a fantastic mind! So don’t worry about the other 365 of 2018. Congrats on the books! Good luck on the next batch. And I think you will always have those kids in your life. It is what all moms wish, at least those who loved being mom. Those people we begat are the most important people of the world to us! Hugs for the stuff you’ve been through lately.
