Line-y Maple

CAM00296 There’s something about this maple tree that intrigues me. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. The lines on each branch – and I mean every single branch – follow the length perfectly. By the size of it I’d say it’s not really that old and yet it looks …. wrinkled. I encourage you to click on the picture for a closer look.

    Very cool. 🙂 I love when trees of special character jump out to the eye. I have some cherry trees on the way to work that never fail to bring a smile to my face.

    I dont have any maple trees at my house, i have a lot of pine some oak and 2 other kinds that I dont have a clue about. But maple trees are very pretty, my favorite is a weeping willow, and even if it kills me one day I will have my dream house with a stream and 2 weeping willows outside. Lol
