Just Jot it January 2026 – We did it!

We did it! 🎉

January 2026 is officially in the books, and it was a great month, wasn’t it? For blogging, anyway.

I had a great time visiting other blogs whenever I could and I met some wonderful bloggers on the way. I hope you had as much fun as I did.

Tell me how you did with the challenge. Did you post every day in January? Did you at least jot something somewhere? Let me know in the comments, or write your own “I did it! #JusJoJan26 Edition” post in the next few days, even if you only posted once, and link it back here.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined in on this, our 12th annual Just Jot it January. Special mention to everyone who provided prompts for us to write to! Here’s your annual participant badge to use in your “I did it” post or to pin anywhere you’d like.

Happy February!

I posted every day except for one I think! I count that as a win!

Thank you Linda. JJJ is the kickstart I need each year to get me blogging consistently. I managed every day and did all the prompts including the SoCS. I dipped out on the Wednesday One Liners as I already do another blog hop on Wednesdays but I’m hoping to keep up the consistency. Thanks again – I know it’s a lot of work for you especially when you also have your own work to do as well. For retirees like me there’s no pressure.

I didn’t post every day, but I covered all the prompts. Thanks for organizing this again, and thanks for being flexible on when we can post. I had a lot of fun. I met some new bloggers and I had fun.

I liked this…some days it took me a while to get to it, and a few were a real challenge, but having a deadline was good, I sometimes need that accountability….and also the exercise helped me find more blogs…now my morning’s now take three coffees to catch up, and am now on the search for more prompts!

I wrote something every day, even if it didn’t use the prompt word or make it onto my blog. Thanks for hosting! 🎉

I did 5 out of 7 days per week, even if I just had a random, short SOC. Tried to keep up with other-blog visits and will be catching up on the rest soon. Cuz they’re still there, to be relished, folks!

So happy to have found you and your challenge, Linda, and other bloggers out there creating! Thank you all (Jan26 was a bear & you helped me limp through! ❤️‍🩹) Hope to see you all next year? 🐧❄️❤️

Didn’t participate as much as met new bloggers this year. But that was fun as well! I love meeting new people that I may have commonality with!

Thank you so much, Linda, for giving us this beautiful stream of consciousness and JusJoJan prompt every day in January.

It’s been such a joy to write, wander through other blogs, read, and meet so many wonderful voices along the way. I truly did have as much fun as you did, and I’m grateful for the space you created for all of us to connect and create.🌸
