“You are the Stars and I am the wanderer who gazes,
yearning to understand what makes you so beautiful.”

Anyone who would like to try it out, feel free to use the “One-Liner Wednesday” title in your post, and if you do, you can ping back here to help your blog get more exposure. As with Stream of Consciousness Saturday, if you see a ping back from someone else in my comment section, click and have a read. It’s bound to be short and sweet.
The rules that I’ve made for myself for “One-Liner Wednesday” are as follows:
1. Make it one sentence.
2. Make it either funny or inspirational.
Have fun!

Nice one-liner. I’ll have to try this one day; I like the idea of writing something short and sweet like this, especially when writing much more proves difficult — not that this isn’t a good challenge in its own way.

In a way I think of it as cheating – it’s just too easy compared to writing a long post. On the other hand, sometimes it takes me forever to figure out which quote I want to use or how to phrase my own sentence to make it work into one line. 😛
You should definitely give it a try! 😀
Thanks!

My star, you captured the sentiment so perfectly! If only one could answer, what makes you so beautiful 😉
My one liner: I was called an insincere flirt last week, and though wounded grievously by these accusations, I could not find any recourse to prove her wrong.

Thank you, Paul. 🙂
In regards to your one-liner, I would answer that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Your opinion is yours – who else is to say it’s insincere? That you choose to voice it is beautiful in and of itself.

It’s generally insincere. But it seems to make people smile, so I’m okay with that 😉 At least, I’m pretty sure it makes you smile.

Well… if you’re not being sincere…
You have to learn to lie just a little more I think. 😉

PS: I do 100% mean it when I say I admire you and you’re an amazing human being. Just so you know. I’m not always insincere 😉
