Okay, curds and whey weren’t the first thing that came to mind when I saw this video on The Weather Network …
Trigger warning–spiders ahead.
But that would account for Miss Muffet’s extreme fear of spiders.
I’ve spent the better part of the last few days obsessed with Hurricane Dorian. I’d like to donate something, somewhere, but I haven’t decided where yet.
As you probably know, it hit Canada today. Our eastern provinces are still getting walloped as I write this. Once it’s finished with us, it will apparently be on its way to the western part of Europe. Is this normal? I don’t think so.
I hope, for the Caribbean’s sake especially, it’s the last hurricane of the year. Such a terrible situation.

I don’t think this is normal at all. I think the earth is trying to tell us something. But we can still hope for the best.

I keep giving a dollar every time I go to the grocery store, but that is probably not enough.

I would like to see the hurricane season call it quits early, but I think there are other storms out there. I hope the people in the Bahamas can recover, they were pummeled for an extended time.

It’s awful. Hopefully the other storms will fizzle out rather than get bigger.

Hi Linda yes it is a terrific time for all those affected. I have been moved my the horrendous news/ weather footage of the Bahamas and America . I do hope Canada fares better. As you say coming this way next….there is nothing like nature when she is worked up. Sending prayers for all and hoping like you it is the end of the hurricane season for all involved. 💜💜

We did okay. Uprooted trees and a few damaged homes, but it wasn’t too bad. I haven’t heard about any injuries, so that’s good news.
