Considering it took me a full half a minute to decide whether to put my phone in my pocket first or put my slippers on first this morning, it’s no wonder I have a hard time deciding on which order to put the life-changing events that happen to my characters in my books.
If you would like to participate in this prompt, feel free to use the “One-Liner Wednesday” title in your post, and if you do, you can ping back here to help your blog get more exposure. To execute a pingback, just copy the URL in the address bar on this post, and paste it somewhere in the body of your post. Your link will show up in the comments below. Please ensure that the One-Liner Wednesday you’re pinging back to is this week’s! Otherwise, no one will likely see it but me.
NOTE: Pingbacks only work from WordPress sites. If you’re self-hosted or are participating from another host, please leave a link to your post in the comments below.
As with Stream of Consciousness Saturday (SoCS), if you see a pingback from someone else in my comment section, click and have a read. It’s bound to be short and sweet.
Unlike SoCS, this is not a prompt so there’s no need to stick to the same “theme.”
The rules that I’ve made for myself (but don’t always follow) for “One-Liner Wednesday” are:
1. Make it one sentence.
2. Try to make it either funny or inspirational.
3. Use our unique tag #1linerWeds.
4. Add our lovely badge to your post for extra exposure!
5. Have fun!

Sometimes we get our wires crossed. Too bad we can look back and edit our morning routine.

I’m not a morning person either. Plus, we have so much in our brains already to distract us.

Linda. Sometimes it takes me half a minute to get out of bed when it’s time. I guess, in a way, we ask ourselves, what is this? When it comes to life in general. We spend the rest of the day trying to make sense of it all.

Sometimes I wonder if that’s what this blog is all about—trying to make sense of it all. It’s nice to know we’re not alone, though, isn’t it? 🩵

You’ll have to let me know when you’re having the Kiev so I can have fish that night. 🤣

Haha. It will probably be Sunday as it’s a meal I can cook straight from the freezer. I don’t do roasts unless it’s Christmas!

Highly relatable. Mine can be deciding what to wear…even on days when I’m not leaving the house. Why on earth does it matter?! 😂

There’s an easy way to fix that problem: stay in pajamas all day. Ask me how I know. 😉 🤣

That there is a problem, though. How boring would my stories be if they didn’t go through one crisis or another? 😲🤣
