Old Houses

Well, I did it. I risked incarceration to bring you a picture of two of my favourite houses that I walk past every day on my paper route.

Hope you like them.

Agree with navigator1965. I’ve lived in CT and Ma along the coast; those indeed look like the homes I walked by (but never lived in), imagining the safe harbor they represented to seamen & captains of days gone by.

Interesting that they should be built this far inland. It makes me wonder who built them.

Funny enough, I was thinking about you yesterday, and here you are as though I conjured you up. 🙂 I hope you and your family are well.

I love to look at houses like that and imagine what they look like inside.

Reminds me of east coast sea captains’ houses.

It’s beautiful – and so grand! I too love old houses and gardens. I took a photo of a quaint one with a profuse garden yesterday, when I was on my morning run with Big. Couldn’t not take a pic (I tweeted it!)
