I’ll be off in a couple of hours to take my mother home and spend the weekend there with her. She doesn’t have internet, so my status will be set to “offline” for the weekend. If there’s time I’ll write a post to schedule. If not, I’ll see you all Sunday night.
Take care everyone!
Oh, and here’s a pretty picture of my deck from two days ago. The two feet of snow looked like foam – it certainly kept it’s own shape!

I shall be thinking of you Linda. I hope you have a good weekend. Hugs xxx

You’re probably right! I could easily go for that if I was sunning myself on a beach in the Caribbean. 😉

Enjoy your weekend with your mother Linda. It IS possible to live without internet, I have done that for long time here, and I still only have limited access. Then you will be more concentrated about your mother. Enjoy while you can.

Thanks Irene. I was itching a bit for the internet, but I did manage to do some editing as well as look after my mum. 🙂

Haha oh gosh! Yea it’s nothing like that here in Florida, only flurries in the northern part of the state, but hardly. It’s still cold though. Stay warm!

Being without internets stresses me, I hope its only a temporary thing. Beautiful pic too, the snow looks like a huge cake on the table, I’d love to kick that over 😀

It was tough, I tell ya.
Thanks, Scarlet. It does look like a cake now that you mention it. Glad it’s not – I might be tempted to eat it. That would be the difference between me and someone who’s skinny – I wouldn’t kick it. haha

Thanks, Scarlet 😀 The picture looks scary, but the scene itself was quite serene – especially since I didn’t have to be out in it. 🙂

I’ll take your word for it, its 20c here which is the coldest part of the day and I am wearing a hoddie! I don’t do well with the cold but it is pretty.

My house is 20c and I’m wearing one too. 😛
I find it quite lovely to look at too, until about mid- February. By then I’m ready to hibernate.

I much prefer looking at cold through a window, or the TV even better! Its a similar thing with the heat here though, by mid February it’s lovely after then it gets trying.

Ugh, just the idea is enough to make the snow around me melt. But then it re-freezes and I get decidedly stuck in it. Not a pleasant way to spend an hour with an ice-pick.
