Here we go again

It’s 9:40 pm and this is the first time I’ve been able to really get on the Internet today. I’ve been working all day, which is good! Unfortunately, this is what it’s going to be like for the next three weeks or so, so guess what?

I’m going to have to put off my month of prompts again. 😦

Before you start throwing tomatoes at me, let me ask you something:

What do you think of March? I considered February, but that will be right on the back of Just Jot it January. March, on the other hand, is going to bring us into A-Z April with some momentum.

Okay, you can throw the tomatoes now.

March is loooong. Oh what a long month. I’m a believer though, so whatever works. Maybe I’ll color before March, too! πŸ˜‰

Since I am just getting into playing with prompts, I agree with the others. Do what is best for you.

As others have said, go with what works for you, Linda. March is always an optimistic month, unless it keeps snowing. So, maybe we’ll be stuck inside with nothing better to do than write.

You’re the best person to decide which is the better month to host the prompts. Please continue to keep in touch with us if you can manage it. Take care.

I’ll throw a wet washcloth. I was hoping October would be good for getting ready for NaNoWriMo. But we have had so much trouble with internets and computers all summer I certainly understand. I’m good with any month of prompts. Sounds like you don’t need them if you are able to work without the nets. So maybe I’ll try to work with my own prompts and use my non-net times to write as I should have been all along. πŸ™‚

Sorry about that, Dar. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day for me to do it. I’m on two tight deadlines at once, and my ex keeps crapping out on me when it’s time to take the child. :/ Two weekends in a row now. I’m not even going to get my colouring project done again.

I wasn’t attacking you. Sorry if it came across that way. I simply am giving empathy as I find myself in a very similar situation. My coloring is half done–did a watercolor wash for sky. But still haven’t had the chance to do more with it. The washcloth was to save your face if a tomato hit. πŸ˜‰

Oh! No, no, no, I didn’t feel attacked. I just got rambling. ❀
There's a fine line I think between keeping ourselves busy enough not to get bored and overdoing it. Many of us here, it seems, are often on the overdoing it side. It's good to be in the company of those in the same boat, so I thank you, my dear.
And thanks so much for the washcloth! Haha! Very clever. πŸ˜€
