Sleeping through my alarm in the morning and waking up late ruins my whole day. ~ Me, today.

Anyone who would like to try it out, feel free to use the “One-Liner Wednesday” title in your post, and if you do, you can ping back here to help your blog get more exposure. As with Stream of Consciousness Saturday, if you see a ping back from someone else in my comment section, click and have a read. It’s bound to be short and sweet.
The rules that I’ve made for myself (but don’t always follow) for “One-Liner Wednesday” are as follows:
1. Make it one sentence.
2. Make it either funny or inspirational.
Have fun!

Sleeping in was not a concept I understood until I married, and my hubby was the expert.

Thanks! I will try this as soon as I figure out how to do a pingback! Only a week into WordPress.

It’s easy. All you do is copy and paste the URL of the post where you want your pingback to appear (for example, here) into your own post and it happens automatically.
Welcome to WordPress! 😀 Thanks for the comment!

Is a pingback automatic?

Yes. However for most bloggers it won’t show up until it’s approved. All moderation needs to be removed from the comments for it to instantly show up, as yours did in my comments.

Mine has begun to as well, when I try to. But my alarm is set for 5:30 every morning – I can sleep in past that usually.

the slightest noise wakes me, I need the loo once or twice, my missus gets up an hour before me (this week) my night times are a mass of interrupted sleep patterns.

Yep, I hear ya. Mine is a sore shoulder – no matter how I lay. I’ve decided getting older really sucks.

Indeed it does. I have a bad shoulder too. Frozen shoulder apparently. It’s a lot better but I’ve had it 5 or 6 months. It all just wears you down in the end.

Ah, well, I’m not quite ready to give up yet. Places to go, people to see and all that. 🙂
Incidentally, my shoulder’s been bothering for about the same length of time.

I think it might be the rotator cuff. I’m going to the doctor on Monday. 🙂 And yeah, it’s about time. 😛

Yeah I thought mine was rotator cuff and so did my doc, but when I went to see a physio he looked at the range of movement and said frozen shoulder.
Mine is my left shoulder I cannot reached behind my back without it hurting, when I stretch out to the left (like reaching for the door pocket on the passenger door in the car) it hurts, and hands above the head hurts too.
I think either way, rotator cuff or frozen shoulder,it can take up to 18 months to go *cry* I had a massage which helped.

I’ll let you know (I’ll probably blog about it in fact) when I find out. I appreciate the benefit of your unfortunate wisdom – I’ll mention it to the doctor as my symptoms are very similar.
Best of luck with yours!

Sleeping until the alarm goes off in the morning would make my whole day. Instead, I wake up before the alarm — sometimes way before the alarm. ~ Me. Everyday.

Well that sucks. You could always set the alarm earlier if it’ll make your day… say, 3am?
