So the Like Button isn’t working, WordPress!

I’ve had 15 likes on my previous post, but only one is showing up. I only know this because I have notifications in my email that people have ‘liked’ it.

Also, I have been the ‘first to like’ every post I’ve clicked the button on all day.

So if you don’t have email notifications, don’t worry. People really do like your posts. It’s a WordPress glitch.

  1. I was curious about that, but then again on my site I can never be sure. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. Maybe WP are celebrating too and no one are working.
I thought, it was my bad internet connection, that did tease me.

  3. I had to click the like button and see… tis working now! ๐Ÿ˜€

  4. Good to know. I just figured everyone started to hate me all of a sudden.

    • That’s what I thought for a while. And then I realized everyone else was being ignored today too. ๐Ÿ˜›

      • Interesting. WordPress needs to work on that. Example: my post today went “live” at 7:00 am and by 9:00 am my email said there were 7 likes and at least one new follower, and that does not include the RSS feed readers. However, according to the
Wordpress stats, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON even looked at the post. That is seriously f*d up.

  5. I hope it’s a glitch, as I was about to eat worms and stuff.

  6. I’ve noticed it do that on a few blogs with me today. I have to go for the ‘like’ near the bottom of posts for those.

  7. Have been having this issue for past two days. All those holiday mood and all…. Seems like WP had too much of something too ๐Ÿ˜‰
